Service & Repair

In need of repair or general help with your Segway PT? Schedule a time to bring your machine into our Santa Monica location, which is open 7 days a week. We can diagnose and often resolve your issue locally. For more involved issues “under the hood” we will facilitate the shipment of your machine to the factory for repair. 

We stock a wide range of parts such as wheels, tires, tubes, batteries, and many more. Parts are available for in-store purchase or shipment via phone.

Infokey Replacement

Lose or break an Infokey? We’ve got you covered. We need either an existing Infokey (working or not) or the series of bar codes that came with your machine. If you don’t have either, we can order the codes from the factory for a fee.

Warranty Work

Segway PTs and batteries are covered by a limited one-year factory warranty. For valid warranty issues, we can handle component replacement locally or facilitate the shipment of your machine to the factory for repair at no cost to you.

On-Site Service

Let us come to you! One of our experts can visit your location by appointment. Many times we’re able to resolve issues on-site with one trip. Otherwise we’ll take the machine back with us for further diagnostics and repair. Trip charges apply.
