Service & Repair

We offer many in-house repairs for Segway-Ninebot products at our Culver City location including the replacement of the following parts:

• Tires and Wheels (for the Ninebot MAX G30 Kickscooter, C80, and others)
• Controller, Dashboard, and other electronics
• Motor
• Battery
• Brakes
• Throttle
• Structural components (fork, folding mechanism, etc.)

Turnaround time is typically 1 to 3 days depending on the type of repair. Tire changes can often be completed same-day with appointment.

Please note that we are unable to perform repairs under warranty at our location. We are happy to provide a link to open a case for warranty repair upon request.
