The plastic is a little flimsy but it's a really helpful accessory that's an easy install. I just wish the last step on the manual was a little more obvious but once you know how to do it, it's easy to take on and off.

I actually bought this case to store a second battery for the C80, effectively doubling its range!
It has just enough space to fit the spare battery and my standard sized bicycle helmet, along with gloves, scarf, or other small items that don't necessary demand space.
Pros:
- Very spacious! Enough room for a helmet, and cargo
- Stylish, and matches the C80 nicely with the Segway branding and matching colors on the plastic
- Locking storage that comes with spare keys
- Super easy to install
- Gives the C80 more of a "moped" look rather than an e-bike (I find that motorists in California are more friendly or cautious towards mopeds and small motorcycles than ebikes)
- Has managed to keep the contents dry in sudden, pouring rain
Cons:
- The case extends behind the bike, making the tail light/running lights less visible at higher angles ; this could pose a potential hazard when riding in bike lanes in urban areas (the brake lights are bright enough to be seen, but I added a rechargeable USB helmet light onto the back of the case to make up for the visibility) This is, honestly, the main reason why the case gets 4 stars instead of 5
- The rubber arm that holds the top of the case in place when it's open feels like it might wear out over time
- Plastic itself on the case is fairly thin
- Included installation instructions were confusing, and ended up figuring out how to mount it just by looking at the way it lined up with the rear rack ; not really an issue in my case, but…
