Initially the battery that arrived wouldn’t power up. I charged it and it showed charged but wouldn’t show up on the LED screen and wouldn’t power the bike. I contacted Los Angles Segway and the customer service was amazing!!! Just as I was going to send the battery back to get a replacement battery I tried it one last time and pushed the button on the LED meter and it worked. Plugged it into the bike and it was fine. Not sure the problem but since then it has worked flawlessly
