Hard to get on but haven’t been able to set the tire on the wheel. No air will fill the tire. Taken to a tire shop and still no luck.

It can also help to push a large volume of air at once with the core of the valve removed and use some type of lubricant (like small amount of dish soap) around the edges of the tire. You can also bring (or ship) the scooter to us to have it installed.
